Projected Returns
The projected returns have been based on the current currency and commodity prices calculated on the minimum volumes guaranteed by Max & Sons.
The investment period is a minimum commitment.
Investment Period
Should you choose to sell your investment during this period, you pay a 3% compensation fee. After this minimum, you may choose to keep your investment until the end of the rotation cycle (final harvest). During this period, you may cancel at any time observing a 3-months’ notice period.
Profit Rights
We offer our participations as certificates (profit rights) within the European Union only. Our 2% standard subscription costs for new investors cover legal Know Your Customer obligations relating to AML monitoring preceding and during investments.
